Availability of Prospectus: The prospectus containing eligibility conditions, domicile criteria, application from can be obtained from the Budget & planning Officer, office of the Director PGIMS, Rohtak on cash payment of Rs 500/- at counter for General category & Rs 125/- for SC & BC category wef 20.09.2011.
Request for prospectus through Registered post must be received in the office of the Budget & Planning Officer, PGIMS, Rohtak on or before 30.09.3011 by sending a Demand Draft f Rs. 550/- for General category and Rs 175/- fro SC & BC category in favour of Director, Pt B.D. Sharma PG Institute of Medical Science, Rohtak payable at Rohtak failing which the request will not be entertained. Departmental candidates will also have to appear in the entrance test.
How to Apply: The application from complete I all respect must reach in the office of the Director, Pt B.D. Sharma PG Institute of Medical Science, Rohtak by 10.10.2011 up to 5.00 PM. The application received late shall be rejected.
