Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar invites applications on prescribed format, from eligible and interested candidates for filling up of vacant/leftover seats for admission to B.Tech (1st year) & B.Tech (2nd year LEET) in various disciplines of engineering for the session 2011-12. The admission against vacant/leftover seats shall be made on the basis of AIEEE-2011 All India Rank merit as per respective category.

Availability of Application Forms: Application from and Counseling schedule can be download from University website www.gjust.ac.in . The candidates are required to deposit duly filled in application forms, in Lab No 106 of Teaching Block -6 up to 3.00 PM on 13.09.2011 along with procession fee of Rs 1000 in the form of Demand Draft (DD) (Non refundable) in favour of Registrar, GJUS&T, Hisar, payable at Hisar or University Cash Receipt, The admitted candidates will be required to deposit on semester fee of Rs 27110/- in cash on the spot.
Physical Counseling: The counseling will be held in Seminar Hall, Teaching Block-IV as per the schedule mentioned below. The candidates must report at venue of the counseling in person along with all original documents, original certificate of medical fitness, 3 sets of attested photocopies of all the documents including proof of category, gap year certificate affidavit if any as per HSCS guideline etc.
